These brand new luxury villas, located in an elevated position on the urbanization Vista Lobos, have amazing views over the sea and mountains. The villas are equipped to the very highest standard. Each boasts an enormous 97 square metre lounge with 2 comfortable leather sofas, one of which is reclining, a flat screen television, CD music system and satellite TV. The private, heated swimming pool is sanitized using a salt water purifier which needs no chemical products, thus making it ideal for young children and people with sensitive skin. The south facing terraces afford complete privacy and spectacular views over the sea and mountains. Built on three levels, with outdoor furniture, Canarian barbecue and hammocks, the terraces are the perfect place to eat ‘al fresco’ or simply to relax in comfort. Each villa also has its own Jacuzzi for our guests enjoyment. Local Activities: Walking, Cycling, Mountain Bike, Paragliding, Wind surfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Waterskiing, Fishing, Diving Free Internet Access, AC – Heating, Sun Beds provided, Beach towels provided, Hair-Dryer. THE SOUTH OF LANZAROTE The Vista Lobos villas are all located in a private residential area of Playa Blanca, at the foothills of one of the areas mountains. This location not only provides great views of the ocean, but also shelters the villas from some of the local trade winds. As for Playa Blanca, the village is best known on the island for its fishing background and spectacular beaches. As such, there are a number of great seafood restaurants in the area. Our personal favorite is Casa Pedro, located just off the promenade in the center of Playa Blanca. Just outside of the main section of Playa Blanca is the newly built Marina Rubicón, a fully equipped marina and leisure/shopping area. The marina is home to numerous restaurants as well as high end shops, and features various excursion companies that can take you on a tour of the islands most spectacular sunbathing and fishing locations. A must see for any deep-sea fishing enthusiast. YAIZA AND THE TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK The southern end of Lanzarote is home to the village of Yaiza, and the expansive Timanfaya National Park. Both of these areas offer a vast number of activities and some of Lanzarote’s most unique views and experiences. Yaiza is a small town, located just a few kilometres north of Playa Blanca. The town itself doesn’t have much to offer save a few small art galleries and the islands own smoked salmon shop (well worth visiting), but is rather a nice location to stop by on the way to the Timanfaya National Park. The majestic park covers nearly a third of Lanzarote’s surface area, and was designated a UNESCO Biosphere reserve along with the rest of the island in 1993. Although the vast majority of the park is strictly regulated to protect the rare indigenous flora and fauna, the iconic tourist center built by Cesar Manrique in the Islote del Hilario offers scenic bus tours and entertaining demonstrations of the islands volcanic activity. Whether it’s a geyser created by the latent heat of the volcanoes, or the grill that draws its heat from the innards of the earth, this attraction is guaranteed to please those seeking for something truly unique.
