Villa in Ye, Haría, Lanzarote.

A two bedroom, two bathroom villa, Poniente was restored from the villa’s original farmhouse. Located opposite Naciente, this villa terrace features some of the most breathtaking views Finca La Corona has to offer, the sunset over the Famara Cliffs. With its own outdoor solarium and BBQ area, this villa’s ideally suited for those guests who enjoy an al-fresco lunch or dinner. The finca’s location atop the Famara Cliffs makes the night skies some of the clearest on the island As with the rest of the properties on Finca La Corona, guests of this villa have access to a heated pool, Jacuzzi, and small gym as well as a number of entertainment areas such as a BBQ and Bocce ball court. YÉ AND THE FAMARA CLIFF Finca la Corona is located in the village of Yé, just atop the Famara cliff, and under a mile from the foothill of the Corona volcano. This area was declared a natural reserve, and therefore pristine and isolated from the mass tourism of other areas of the island, offering a true sense of peace and tranquility, fully undisturbed. Just a short walk away from the villas lies a path down the Famara cliffs. The hike down this path takes approximately 45 minutes, and leads to some of the island’s most pristine and untouched beaches, not accessible by any other means. Aside from the beaches located just below the Famara cliff, the north of the island also offers numerous other attractions such as the tourist centers developed by local artist César Manrique (Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua, and Cueva de los Verdes), less than 10 minutes away from the villas. LOCAL ATRACTIONS Local Activities: Walking, Cycling, Mountain Bike, Paragliding, Wind surfing, Golf, Waterskiing, Fishing, Diving, Walking to the beach down The Risco Extras: Free guided walking tour by the Fire Mountains (by arrangement) YÉ AND THE NORTH OF LANZAROTE Finca La Corona is located in the northern-most tip of Lanzarote, just outside of the small village of Yé. This village, home to less than 100 inhabitants, sits just at the foothills of the Corona volcano, the oldest on the island. The Corona’s last eruption, which occurred over 3,000 years ago, covered most of the northern part of the island in volcanic ash and debris, providing a truly unique landscape around both the village of Yé and Finca La Corona. HARÍA, ORZOLA, AND ARRIETA Haría, Orzola, and Arrieta are three villages in the northern end of Lanzarote, all less than a 10 minute drive away from Finca La Corona. These villages exemplify both the greener north of the island (Haría), as well as the traditional fishing villages (Orzola and Arrieta), and offer visitors a variety of restaurants and destinations. Haría, also known as the valley of a thousand palms, is a village located just south of Finca La Corona, and one of the oldest villages on the island. This area offers some of the most spectacular and breathtaking views on the island, particularly during the winter months when the seasonal rainfall turns the northern portion of the island into a green oasis. Haría is also home to César Manrique’s last residence, after leaving his original home to the foundation that took his name. The coastal villages of Orzola and Arrieta offer not only great views of the cerulean blue ocean surrounding Lanzarote, but are also great places for a seaside lunch or dinner at a traditional restaurant such as Amanecer (Arrieta). Orzola is also the docking point of a ferry connecting Lanzarote and the small island of La Graciosa, the ideal destination for a mid-day excursion or hike. Restored from the villa’s original farmhouse, Naciente (Sunrise) offers amazing views over the surrounding landscape from its glass fronted terrace. This two bedroom villa is ideal for families when booked in conjunction with Poniente. These two villas are located across from each other and feature a very similar floorplan. As with the rest of the properties on Finca La Corona, guests of this villa have access to a heated pool, Jacuzzi, and small gym as well as a number of entertainment areas such as a BBQ and Bocce ball court. Finca la Corona is located in the village of Yé, just atop the Famara cliff, and under a mile from the foothill of the Corona volcano. Villa in Playa Blanca, Yaiza, Lanzarote.

These brand new luxury villas, located in an elevated position on the urbanization Vista Lobos, have amazing views over the sea and mountains. The villas are equipped to the very highest standard. Each boasts an enormous 97 square metre lounge with 2 comfortable leather sofas, one of which is reclining, a flat screen television, CD music system and satellite TV. The private, heated swimming pool is sanitized using a salt water purifier which needs no chemical products, thus making it ideal for young children and people with sensitive skin. The south facing terraces afford complete privacy and spectacular views over the sea and mountains. Built on three levels, with outdoor furniture, Canarian barbecue and hammocks, the terraces are the perfect place to eat ‘al fresco’ or simply to relax in comfort. Each villa also has its own Jacuzzi for our guests enjoyment. Local Activities: Walking, Cycling, Mountain Bike, Paragliding, Wind surfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Waterskiing, Fishing, Diving Free Internet Access, AC – Heating, Sun Beds provided, Beach towels provided, Hair-Dryer. THE SOUTH OF LANZAROTE The Vista Lobos villas are all located in a private residential area of Playa Blanca, at the foothills of one of the areas mountains. This location not only provides great views of the ocean, but also shelters the villas from some of the local trade winds. As for Playa Blanca, the village is best known on the island for its fishing background and spectacular beaches. As such, there are a number of great seafood restaurants in the area. Our personal favorite is Casa Pedro, located just off the promenade in the center of Playa Blanca. Just outside of the main section of Playa Blanca is the newly built Marina Rubicón, a fully equipped marina and leisure/shopping area. The marina is home to numerous restaurants as well as high end shops, and features various excursion companies that can take you on a tour of the islands most spectacular sunbathing and fishing locations. A must see for any deep-sea fishing enthusiast. YAIZA AND THE TIMANFAYA NATIONAL PARK The southern end of Lanzarote is home to the village of Yaiza, and the expansive Timanfaya National Park. Both of these areas offer a vast number of activities and some of Lanzarote’s most unique views and experiences. Yaiza is a small town, located just a few kilometres north of Playa Blanca. The town itself doesn’t have much to offer save a few small art galleries and the islands own smoked salmon shop (well worth visiting), but is rather a nice location to stop by on the way to the Timanfaya National Park. The majestic park covers nearly a third of Lanzarote’s surface area, and was designated a UNESCO Biosphere reserve along with the rest of the island in 1993. Although the vast majority of the park is strictly regulated to protect the rare indigenous flora and fauna, the iconic tourist center built by Cesar Manrique in the Islote del Hilario offers scenic bus tours and entertaining demonstrations of the islands volcanic activity. Whether it’s a geyser created by the latent heat of the volcanoes, or the grill that draws its heat from the innards of the earth, this attraction is guaranteed to please those seeking for something truly unique. Kitchen: Complete Kitchen equipment, Coffee-maker, Dishwasher, Freezer – Fridge, Hob, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Mixer. Living room: Seating for up to 8 people Dining: Seating for up to 6 people Bathrooms: 3-5 Bedrooms: 3 Max. Number in Party: 6 Entertainment: Satellite TV , Books, Games, Stereo DVD Outside: Private Terrace, private 7 by 4 metre heated swimming pool, Garden, private parking for 2 cars and a secure intercom system Change over days flexible, Cleaning min. three days a week (Monday to Friday), Clean linens and towels are provided each week Welcome package (coffee, milk, tea, breakfast items, and a bottle of local wine)

The bedroom and living room in El Aljibe are what make this villa truly unique. Restored from a 200 year old water reservoir, these two rooms sit inside a majestic atmosphere. Hand-crafted furnishings, atmospheric lighting, and remarkable paintings and sculptures by some of the island’s finest artists enhance the sheer rock walls, as well as a high definition surround-sound stereo system to make full use of the property’s extraordinary acoustics. The master bedroom, located in a mezzanine floor, sits just below the exposed rock arches that have concealed El Aljibe for centuries, while a large window lights up the bedroom area and has lovely views of the garden. This villa is the ideal destination for a romantic vacation, or even a honeymoon, or perhaps just a once-in-a-lifetime indulgence and has been rated as one of the Top 100 places to stay by Grand Viajes magazine. The villa’s top floor boasts a modern kitchen, ample bathroom and private terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi. In addition, guests of El Aljibe have access to a 4,500 m plot of land shared with Casa Catalina I & II, as well as a heated pool. El Aljibe is located in the northern half of Lanzarote, between the villages of Teguise and Haría. This section of the island is home to some of the most captivating scenery and spectacular views thanks to the history of volcanic eruptions in this area, and help from local artist César Manrique. Incredible attractions such as the Mirador del Rio, Jameos del Agua, and Cueva de los Verdes are sure to captivate the attention of any visitor, and provide for wonderful day-time activities for a family or group of friends. On the north coast of Lanzarote visitors can also explore the quaint coastal villages of Arrieta (home to some of the islands best and most authentic seafood restaurants), and Orzola. Both of these villages have a number of beaches surrounding them, and the latter offers an hourly ferry to the small island of La Graciosa, ideal for a quick getaway to some private beaches. Local Activities: Walking, Cycling, Mountain Bike, Paragliding, Wind surfing, Kite surfing, Golf, Waterskiing, Fishing, Diving. Extras: Free guided walking tour by the Fire Mountains (by arrangement). THE VILLAGE OF LOS VALLES El Aljibe is located in the quaint village of Los Valles, in the northern half of Lanzarote. This villa, inhabited by less than 500 people, offers a true sense of peace and tranquility, while being located less than 10 minutes away from some of the islands most astonishing beaches. Los Valles is also located minutes away from the historic village of Teguise which hosts a wonderful market every Sunday morning. FAMARA, COSTA TEGUISE, AND HARÍA The villages of Famara, Costa Teguise, and Haría are each a less than 10 minute drive from the villa, and offer three very different experiences. Famara is a small beach town located about 10 minutes West of Los Valles. It offers some of the islands most pristine and untouched beaches, and is an extremely popular location for both surfers and kite-surfers, and its 3km long beach is ideal for long walks. Costa Teguise is one of the larger tourist regions of the island, and is home to a great number of local restaurants and smaller beaches. This coastal area is famous for hosting a number of windsurfing world championships, and hosting the Spanish Royal Family’s vacation The village of Haría, famous for its vast population of palm trees, is located just north of Los Valles in a sheltered valley. This unique valley offers splendid views and is a photographer’s dream come true during some of the more rainy seasons on the island as the entire valley gets covered in blossoming flowers. Free Internet Access, Sun Beds provided, Beach towels provided, Hair-dryer. Kitchen: Complete Kitchen equipment, Coffee-maker, Fridge, Stove, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, Mixer. Living room: Seating for up to 4 people Dining: Seating for up to 2 people Bathrooms: 1 Bedrooms: 1 ( Two Queen Size Beds) Max. Impressive about Amanecer is its spaciousness. The sun-lit veranda gives you the possibility to relax in a number of seating arrangements, enjoy reading a book or just let the mind wander. The wide lounge chairs and sofa invite for this occasion. Those guests who enjoy cooking will love the generous, custom kitchen. On the ground floor of the villa are a bedroom and both bathrooms. The second, slightly cozier, bedroom is located on the second floor of the villa. The various windows located around the double-bed allow views to the spectacular landscape that surround the villa and the crystal clear skies at night. As with the rest of the properties on Finca La Corona, guests of this villa have access to a heated pool, Jacuzzi, and small gym as well as a number of entertainment areas such as a BBQ and Bocce ball court.
